The hands-on model for operators. You own the kitchen, hire and manage the team, and run daily operations. Glisco provides the complete playbook — SOPs, branding, procurement, menu engineering, marketplace expertise, technology and training. You keep the upside on revenue, with a flat 5% royalty on net sales. Setup investment is around ₹32.25 Lakhs, plus ₹24 Lakhs of working capital across the first six months (₹4 Lakhs/month, phased — not required upfront).
